everything was very good, marvellous location in the middle of jackson, the staff were excellent. the room we had included a safe, multi-channel tv, and a mini-fridge-bar. the bathroom was wonderful, it was nice to have a bath. location: the hotel was adjacent to major sights, good dining/atmosphere at boulevard del rio, also up to tres cruzes hill and the center and san antonio. it was around 4-6 minutes walk from lucca cucina tradizionale, where you can have lunch.

I was given double room with a safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed. City view was worthy...

All the stuff members where affable. The room was comfy and since it had hypo-allergenic pillows I slept like a baby.

The staff was really friendly and helpful in guiding us to the nearest attractions and restaurants. We also loved the centralized location of the hotel as we could easily walk to most tourist sights. the rooms were very comfortable and cozy which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool was quite small and didn't get much sunlight. the Wi-Fi was inconsistent and didn't work properly on the top floor.

We stayed in a comfortable room with a very clean bathroom and enjoyed the great location of the hotel near the center and San Antonio. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and we loved being able to easily walk to major sights and the boulevard del Rio for dining. Plus, the terrace was a perfect spot to work with a laptop.

It's a shame that the pool didn't get much sun, but overall the hotel's lovely facilities made up for it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The location is great as it is within walking distance to the main sights of the city, including the tres Cruzes hill. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel parking is ample, and the breakfast is delicious.

Not one thing went wrong during my stay at this hotel. I enjoyed my time here thoroughly and would recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
